Social Media and Content Manager Required – Events and Music.

Working alongside 2 of Sydney’s leading electronic music promoters, we are looking for a highly qualified candidate with at least 2 years of industry experience. You need to be notified with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google Ads and Analytics. You must be multitasking and able to juggle multiple events, festivals and tours. You will be an integral part of our team, bringing your expertise and experience on board. This role requires a deep understanding of electronic music and social media channels.
Your KPIs will focus on generating traffic, ticket sales, increasing purchase frequency and growing our already established customer database.
Social media is always active, so you are a doer and someone who is flexible to work outside normal business hours both in a team environment and also unsupervised.

As Social Media & Content Manager, you:

Manage and oversee all Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Google ads and schedules Maintain weekly and monthly content calendars including scheduling and scheduling
Assist in the development of design briefs and presentations Assist in the development of creative content generation
Manage high profile advertising account budgets for Facebook and Instagram advertising
Develop and implement growth and brand awareness strategies
Generate and create engaging video content
Stay current with industry trends and innovations
Provide weekly reports and breakdowns of ad and account data
Analyze performance and develop strategies to increase traffic to convert ticket sales
Propose, implement and manage all Facebook, Instagram, TikTok advertisements; identify key categories and/or products
Provide insights and analysis on the dance music community
Collaborate and maintain relationships with key partners (venues, sponsors, artists, partners)
Generate and create engaging video content primarily through Youtube and TikTok
Explore and test new emerging social channels Create weekly eDM (electronic news) emails to our databases

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate:

Minimum 4 years of experience in a social media roleYou will be someone with a deep understanding of social media, digital design and how to build and engage communities and sell multiple events from 500 to 20,000 abilities. Have in-depth knowledge and passion for electronic music, artists, festivals and events (electronic music in particular)
In-depth knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn content and trends
Graphic design skills (Adobe, Illustrator) Understanding of Facebook Creator Studio as well as scheduling tools
Extensive experience with Facebook Ads Manager and Business Suite. Video editing skills are also desirable. A passion and proven experience in the sale of musical events. An understanding of public relations as well as strong writing skills.
