Someone borrowed an air mattress from a friend in the 2800 block of Pine Ridge Ave. NW. The reporting party advised on options regarding a civil case.
Material damage, 5:10 p.m.
Damage to the fence caused by neighbors firing a BB gun at Harrison Ct. SW 2100 block.
Disrupt the Peace, 4:56 p.m.
Unknown man knocking on door in the 2900 block of Pine Ridge Ave. NW. The subject had a warrant out of the county and was placed under arrest.
Welfare check, 9.43 a.m.
A man went swimming in the 1700 block of Birchmont Dr. NE and did a “breathing” exercise.

Theft of a catalytic converter from a vehicle on the 1000 block of America Ave. NW.
SATURDAY, NOV. 6
Mandate, 20:23
The agent located the subject with a confirmed warrant on the 1800 block of Paul Bunyan Dr. NW. Adult man placed under arrest without incident.
DWI, 5:54 p.m.
The appellant reported the possibility of an impaired driver in the 1800 block of Paul Bunyan Dr. NW. An adult woman arrested on several counts.
Harassment, 12:35 p.m.
Report of disorderly conduct. Man arrested on block 2100 from Paul Bunyan Dr. NW.
Accident, 10:48 a.m.
Hit and run accident by the Eagles Club on the 1200 block of Neilson Ave. SE.
Fire, 6:51 a.m.
An adult male set a mattress on fire on the 2500 block of Lake Ave. BORN.
DWI, 12:06 am
Traffic stop on Irvine Ave. and Nordic Ave. NW. Driver arrested for DWI.
FRIDAY NOV. 5
Suspect, 7:41 p.m.
The person said they saw two bright lights in the sky, each followed by a loud bang. Officers were unable to locate the source on Central Ave. and 2nd St. SE.
Help, 5:33 p.m.
The appellant informed officers that a scavenger hunt was taking place in the city from 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Theft of a catalytic converter on the 400 block of America Ave. NW.
Flight, 2:40 p.m.
Theft of a catalytic converter from a vehicle at a residence in the 2600 block of Minnesota Ave. NW.
Flight, 10:27 a.m.
Theft of a stolen satellite radio from a vehicle at a repair shop on the 4200 block of Minnkota Ave. NW.
Suspect, 1:01 am
Officers verified a report of a suspicious person checking doorknobs on block 1100 at Birchmont Dr. NE. The person had left on arrival and could not be located.
THURSDAY NOV. 4
Medical, 11:12 p.m.
Officers responded to a medical examination on Minnesota Avenue NW. Man may be overdosed.

Male arrested on arrest warrant for Paul Bunyan Dr. and Hannah Ave. NW.

Assault, 11:40 p.m.
MPs answered several 911 calls on Nordic Ave. NW. Woman transported to the emergency room.
Weapons offenses, 9:26 p.m.
Gunshot / fireworks complaint on block 5600 of Alps Ct. NO. Arrest for DWI, summons for possession of syringes.
Disrupt the Peace, 8:11 p.m.
Loud music complaint. Karaoke DJ agreed to stop at a reasonable time.
Mandate, 10:47 a.m.
Adult man arrested for fleeing peace officer, theft and warrants in the 1100 block of Little Norway Ave. SE.

Help MSP and Hubbard County with a vehicle rollover accident on the 50400 block of Highway 71 S.

Report of fireworks being deployed at a residence on Sunnyside Rd. And Roosevelt Road. SE.

State patrol arrested on 23rd St. and Little Norway Ave. SE.

Report of aircraft with laser pointed at it from Hwy 2 and Northwood Rd. NO.

Motorbike against deer on the 2200 block of Carr Lake Road. SW. An adult man arrested for DWI, DAC-IPS and warrants.

Report of a party wielding a gun following an argument on the 1200 block of Little Norway Ave. SE.

A stolen ATV was found at Altman Ct. And Stone Lake Road. NO at Wilton.

Report of flat tires on a motorhome on the 10,000 block of Trengove Rd. NO.

Reckless vehicle complaint on the 19200 block of Stoner Memorial Dr. NE in Blackduck. Man arrested for numerous charges.
Help, 3:53 p.m.
Motorist assistance on Highway 71 NW in Blackduck. No help needed. The dog fell ill in the back seat.
Material damage, 8:48 a.m.
Dismounted and stolen deer standing stand from the 6500 block of Hwy 89 NW.

Woman Arrested for Fourth Degree DWI, Fifth Degree Drugs, and Driving with Revoked Plates on Monroe Ave. and Oak Hills Rd. SW.
THURSDAY NOV. 4
Suspect, 8:04 p.m.
Man arrested for warrant on Power Dam Road. and Cap Endres road. NE in Cass Lake.
Suspect, 3:55 p.m.
One of them escaped from a vehicle in reaction to the presence of law enforcement in block 12500 of Coyote Rd. NW.
